HOW MUCH ?
Price include all meals, standard ship's bar, taxes and permits, usage of boat amenities such as described in The Yacht section.
Not included: Special request liquors/vintage wines. Dockage, at client's request. dinners ashore, shore excursions, shore transportation and lodging, crew gratuity and airline flights.

7 days charters:
2 guests $ 5,800.00 - 3 guests: $ 7,100.00 - 4 guests: $ 8,000.00
6 days charters: pro rated
(example a 6 day charter for two = $ 5,800 : 7 days x 6 days = $ 4,971.00)
5 days and less pro rated + 10%
(example 3 day charter for 3 = ($ 7,100 : 7 days x 3 days = $ 3,043 + 10% ($304) = $ 3,347.00 )
8 days and more: pro rated
Christmas & New Year + 10%
HOW TO PAY :
Wire transfer, travellers cheques, cash
WHEN TO PAY:
50% of the total at the time of confirmation.
Balance upon boarding in cash or travelers checks or by certified check 21 days prior to boarding.
Reimbursment policy: In the event that you have to cancel your charter prior to its beginning, we will refund you (minus 15% administration fee) for every day of your charter period we were able to rebook.
THE COMPLETE BOOKING PROCESS
If your arrival and/or departure flight is in USA territory, e.g. St Thomas, we will require your complete passport info for the NOAD ( Notice of arrival, and departure procedure from Homeland Security) A PASSPORT INFORMATION REQUEST form has been sent to you with the contract. We need you to complete this form and return it ( email or fax) no later than a week before your charter. Failure to report would result in long delays.

After checking availability (see calendar links above) email us with your preferred and alternate dates, areas (Virgin Islands,Grenadines). Of course, you should wait for a confirmation (normally that same day) that your choosen dates are available before making flight reservations.

After specific dates and location are agreed upon (we like to do this by phone, we will email you, among other documents, a contract to sign and return (Fax or email) within 7 days. If we have not heard from you during that time and have not received your deposit, we will make that period available again.
On the other end, if your preferred dates are already on HOLD for SOMEONE ELSE, we will contact the other party to see if they are still interested, you never know. Check with us, their hold may be about to expire.

Upon receipt of the signed contract and a 50% deposit, we will countersign the contract and fax or email it to you. Your reservation is now Confirmed. Your position on the calendar will go RED(confirmed)
Note: if your 7 days have expired, check with us to ensure the dates are still available
OTHER DOCUMENTS: About a month before your charter or at time of confirmation for last minute booking, you should fill out the preference sheet here or return the one we emailed you with the contract. This will enable us to customize your vacation.
